So you know what happens when you go 10 days without a podcast? We hook you up with 2 in less than a week. Sadly, it came at the cost of Dak, who had prior engagements, but like Dak himself likes to say, the show must go on! In this three man event, we surprisingly had more than enough news to cover, which encompasses the closure of Radical studios, Nintendo hiring a former Disney exec to handle online business, and the worrisome news of The Last of Us receiving a multiplayer mode. After the break, we make good on our promise of following up on some of last week’s leftovers. We talk extensively about the new Extended Cut DLC for Mass Effect 3 (and are genuinely positive about it, so don’t expect more of the typical hate), the Dawnguard DLC for Skyrim, Kevin and I give our take on finishing Spec Ops: The Line, and then I briefly go over some PC stuff since getting my new rig! I have some comments on Diablo III, Hard Reset, and Tribes Ascend. Next week, we’ll be sure to go in depth regarding The Walking Dead Episode 2, since Dak not being here gave us reason to wait. Also, that damn Spiderman game. I promise to play more of that, but I can tell you it’s not so bad you guys. The first 2 hours did not make me want to hurt myself, at least. Happy 4th of July!
