If this was either Sony or Microsoft, this would not be news. Just wanted to make sure you understand that. Nintendo World Report has a quote from Nintendo Customer Service Representative, David Marshall, stating “A unified account system will be implemented later this year with the launch of the Wii U. Eventually this same account system will be made compatible with Nintendo 3DS systems.”. He goes on to say that they have no further details and they are not sure how this is going to work outside of the States and Canada. Does that mean we will be getting a virtual console where purchases go across the board too? Slow down people. We are talking about Nintendo.
