This week, we were a bit overwhelmed by the multitude of Gamescom news, but we managed to pull through regardless. This week’s segment involves discussion pertaining to the huge changes coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Day Z coming to consoles, digital Mario costing MORE than retail Mario, and the very promising new project coming out of Capcom, Dontnod’s Remember Me. After the break, we finally have games to talk about! The summer lull officially dies with discussions of the Madden NFL ’13 demo for console and Vita, the Chaos Mode for MW3, Songpop for Facebook, Dust: An Elysian Tale, Darksiders II, and perhaps the sleeper hit of the year, Sleeping Dogs!
